Went snorkeling here and saw many different types of fish. Lots of plants and coral as well! Was then glad my excursion went hither! Divers were on aforementioned boat and they said it was corking equally a diver!

The Thuderbolt is a wreck dive the main deck is at 100ft. It rests in sand at almost 125'. Nosotros did see some fantastic schools of fish. Bring a good light and take a shut await at the wreck. Beautiful trivial fish hiding in the crevices. Nosotros had 2 bang-up sittings: a large Goliath Grouper and a very big barracuda. Worth the swoop.

The National Wildlife Refuge is doing a very proficient job during pandemic, you lot can visit by boat or car. Masks, Covid 19 clean, I think you might see more early in the morning. They take lots of birds, a bird sanctuary, key deer and wildlife, facilities.

I had the occasion to frequent the bait shop and marina for gas over a nice vacation. In my experience anyone that works in a bait shop anywhere has always been down to earth and helpful. We stopped in to get some bait. Seeking some local knowledge and guidance, I asked the man for a bait proffer and the response was "I don't know, I don't fish". Nough said. The staff seemed cranky and not terribly interested in being there. Aforementioned when we gassed upwardly. At that place are manner also many allurement shops upwards and down the road in Marathon. We went elsewhere and they were as friendly as can be.

Great trip. Went to the hump on a full solar day trip, and Captain Thomas put usa on the Tuna. And so within for grouper, rainbow runners, yellow tail, jacks. Lots of action. Captain fabricated the adjustment when live bait wasn't working and got us on the fish. It was a swell day! Going back for a Mahi trip. Mate Christian was great ever had everything gear up and totally impressed with his knot skills, super fast! Cheers!!

Dove with my 3 teenage sons, and my husband and sister snorkeled. Our captains were very kind and knowledgeable. The dives were amazing and they gave us great recommendations well-nigh where to go. All equipment was in good working social club.
Need to exist independent divers, as they practise not go in the h2o with you. Nosotros went to Coffin's Patch - just gorgeous!Written June 13, 2021

Capt Wayne, Capt Chris and Capt Kevin took very good care of the states. All were informative and and then willing to assistance us. We had a blast! I would highly recommend this boat and these guys! You can't shell feel and Capt Wayne has information technology! All I can say is thanks for such a fun trip. You guys stone! Like shooting fish in a barrel to go along with and extremely knowledgable. Practise not hesitate to book with the Silvery Flim-flam!

I fished with Capt. Nick about eight-9 years ago and had an incredible trip. I merely fished with Capt. Christian and he was awesome. He's a great guy. I took iv teenage girls out for the twenty-four hour period. He was patient, helpful and a really fun. We asked to go fishing within the reef and we caught so many yellowtail snapper, some mackerel and other fish. These guys are cracking and I'd highly recommend them, equally they know how to crush it!!!

Went out on the blackfin with a few friends n had a wonderful time! It was my first fishing trip in years and I was very excited! Capt Ryan and the crew were absolutely wonderful n knowledgeable! I enjoyed hooking up on yellowtail! The nearly fun I've had in a while! I will definetly b back for more next time I visit!! The gunkhole was very Clean right downwardly to the bath! If u want to have a dandy time give them a get u won't b disappointed! Thanks so much for making my day so enjoyable! Proceed upwards the great work!

We happened upon this area and was pleasantly surprised by a dusk/social hour with the neighboring community. People sipping wine and sharing stories. Great atmosphere.

Wife took me out for my birthday. What a wonderful time we had. Caught and released a huge barracuda and many other cool fish. Took habitation a whole agglomeration of beautiful yellowtail snappers and had Sparky's melt them upwardly for dinner right at the dock. The boat and equipment was perfect. Thanks to the coiffure for making it special.

This past far is one of the nicest tourist shops nosotros've found in the lower Keys! Very nice shop clerk treats all customers as a long time friend, quality and attractive trade, mini museum like shop which is fairly off the beaten path, but so well arranged and stocked, that nosotros were here for a practiced function of an hour. Both my wife and I left with a few overnice things. I lucked out finding my fave and size 'Claw n Tackle shirt and Beer Can Shorts at a very good price! So happy with this shop, we actually returned for a round ii! Highly recommended as you'll find great men's and women's article of clothing, sun and fun items, trinkets, and many, many worthwhile things... this is not your run-of-the-mill junk shop - quality stuff and people! Get for it.
